Nikki is the founder of Mango dairies, a highly efficient farm, focused on forage-based cattle nutrition and a balanced breeding strategy. Nikki pans to make Mango Dairies a highly efficient, vertically integrated Dairy Company in India. Being a farmer herself, she believes that farmers need to be made partners/shareholders in the dairy value chain, right from milk production to final sales. Nikki is also part of the Private Sector Mechanism (PSM) - Committee on World Food Security, United Nations. I am also a Board Member - Youth Alliance for Zero Hunger, Food and Agriculture Organization, Rome.
